How does it work?

If you are already registered for the Queensland X-Ray Patient Portal, simply log in using your mobile phone number and password. For new users, inquire about registration during your next visit. You will need to provide your mobile number and email for account setup, granting permission to receive a registration text. Upon submitting, you will receive an SMS link to create your account.

Once registered, you can access your images and reports at any time. Reports typically become available 14 days post-authorization and transmission to your referring doctor. To ensure you fully understand the results, we withhold sending them until after your follow-up appointment. Any unexpected findings prompt our doctors to directly contact your physician.
